Elbwatch Training Exercise 2019

It was great to see our RJS suits in use during Elbwatch 2019, a multi-operational disaster and emergency training exercise in Riesa, Germany.

This two day training exercise included the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the German Army, the German Life Saver Organisation and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) among others.

The THW are made up almost entirely of volunteers and play a key role in civil protection in Germany and helps in case of natural disasters and accidents. These joint exercises play a crucial role in the ability for multiple agencies to respond to a major disaster successfully and a great opportunity for organisational awareness and product training.
